We'd rather not have unhappy customers than keep their money. Here's exactly when and how you get a refund — without the lawyer-speak.
The 30-day window
Every plan ships with a 30-day, no-questions, full refund. If you cancel within thirty calendar days of your first paid billing date and the engine hasn't produced the growth you expected — or you simply changed your mind — we'll refund 100% of what you paid.
No retention call. No "what could we do better?" loop. Click the cancel button, pick "request refund," done. The money lands back on the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days
Annual plans canceled after the 30-day window receive a pro-rata refund for unused months. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing cycle — no further charges, no partial refund for the cycle already in progress.
When we won't refund
- The account being managed was banned for activity outside our engine's control (we'll show you the logs).
- Refund requests received after a full year of paid usage.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first — those get disputed.
The "this thing got my account banned" clause
In the unlikely event that an action originating from our engine results in your account being suspended or shadow-banned by the platform, we will refund 100% of paid fees and add three free months of any future plan once your account is reinstated. We've never had to honor this clause across 10,000+ active accounts. We don't plan to start.
How to request
Email hello@growyoursocials.xyz with the subject line "Refund — [your account email]" and one sentence about why. We reply within one business day. If you don't hear from us within 48 hours, email partners@growyoursocials.xyz and a founder will respond personally.
